Haikuracy
The Haikuracy is an innovative, self-learning, microscopic optical inspection system designed to operate in real-time with a resolution starting from 3×3 micron. Ideally suited for inspecting surfaces of coated and printed LTCC, MLCC, and SOFC substrates, Haikuracy identifies a range of defects, including cracks, pinholes, scratches, mechanical damages, air bubbles, and other anomalies. Utilizing 1 or 2 cameras, this system ensures thorough quality control, even in complex environments where background structures might interfere with digital imagery.
